For the first time ever, Lauren Brooks and Jay Armstrong will be joining forces at The Kettlebell Club to present a very unique Kettlebell Workshop. This workshop will cover all the foundation kettlebell drills along with Women's Self Defense, Mobility Training, and the Secrets of Extreme Flexibility! You will not want to miss this exciting and fun combination workshop.
