Mobility = YOUTH

Learn how to maintain (or regain) your natural mobility to stay young and to unleash the exceptional athlete within.

 

Learn how to properly use your body to achieve new levels of strength, endurance and flexibility.

What is mobility? The ability to use your body to perform any athletic movement or activity you want with optimum efficiency. Sound good? You can acquire the tools you need to become the athlete you have always wanted to be right here in this workshop.

Master Armstrong has been teaching movement skills for more than 30 years and has refined the best of this information for you. In this 8-hour workshop you will learn more about movement and mobility than most people learn in a lifetime!

In this workshop you will learn:

  • what is mobility and why you want it
  • how to use bodyweight exercises to develop strength
  • how to use bodyweight exercises to improve mobility
  • how to use bodyweight exercises for cardio training
  • the science of flexibility training
  • how to use bodyweight exercises for improved range of motion
  • the secrets of extreme flexibility

Pre-Registration is Required. No Reservations will be accepted after April 25th.


NOTE: Enrollment will be limited to 14 people. This is a "hands-on" workshop. You will be learning physical movements. Wear comfortable and flexible workout clothing and expect to sweat! Bring a towel. Most people workout barefoot (and this is highly recommended) but dance shoes or other thin-sole shoes are allowed.
