Shipping and Returns Policies
Products that can be purchased on KettleBellClub.com are normally shipped via UPS Ground. A flat shipping and handling fee of $8.50 is charged on orders less than $100. Orders for $100 or more are shipped “freight allowed”. This policy applies only to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
Other shipping methods (e.g. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, etc.) are available at an additional charge by contacting The Kettle Bell Club Customer Service: firstname.lastname@example.org
Some products appear in The Kettle Bell Club but cannot be purchased online. These items are may be in stock but will incur additional shipping charges due to product size or weight. Contact Customer Service at email@example.com to purchase these items and to determine associated shipping costs.
Orders for items that are in stock usually ship within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). The Kettle Bell Club will attempt to ship “in stock” product the same day if the order is received by 1:00 p.m. CST.
The delivery time for backordered items varies for each product. You will be contacted by phone or email regarding the expected delivery of backordered items. Of course, you may change or cancel your order based on this information. If you have received a quantity discount, pricing may be adjusted if you cancel part of your order.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries may be available. Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information and shipping charges.
General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by The Kettlebell Club within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs (within the 48 contiguous United States) if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
Some items are designated “non-returnable” and may not be returned.
Refunds for returned items will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt of the product.
Returnable items that are opened, used, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. This partial refund is usually 80% of the purchase price but may be less if the quantities are large.
After 90 days, products may only be returned by special agreement with The Kettlebell Club and at their sole discretion.
If you receive a defective item and wish to exchange for the same item, contact Customer Service at email@example.com for assistance. Please provide us evidence of the defect and we will immediately ship you a replacement (if we have one available).
